Questions

Straight answers.
How fast will I get my website?
After we have the signed agreement, deposit, and your content, a first draft is usually ready within a few days. Simple sites are quicker. Bigger ones take longer. We'll confirm the timeline in your quote.
How does payment work?
Half to start, half when you're happy with the final site, before launch. The quote price is what you pay. Extra work only happens if you ask for it in writing.
Do I own the website?
Yes. After final payment, the site is yours. We may show it in our portfolio.
What about the domain and hosting?
Business and Premium include a free domain for the first year. On Starter, domain registration is $15/yr if you want it. Hosting is $15/mo if we manage it, or use your own host and we'll help connect it.
What do you need from me?
Your text and photos if you have them. If not, we can draft copy from a short description of the business and use temporary photos until you send yours.
What if I want changes after it's built?
Projects include revision rounds. If you want ongoing updates after launch, monthly maintenance is $39/mo.
